Putting callers through to your teamTransfer groups, ring order and what the assistant says when nobody is available.Applies to: Voice plansA transfer group is a name a caller can ask for — "sales", "the workshop" — and the phones that ring when they do. You can give each group the hours it is available.How to do it

Open Chat & Voice Settings › Call Handling and find the transfer section.

Add a group, name it the way a caller would say it, and add the numbers in ring order.

Set how long each phone rings before the next one is tried.

If that team is not always available, switch its hours on and add the windows. Leaving hours off means it can be transferred to at any time, which is what every group did before this existed.

Write what the assistant should say outside those hours. Do not promise a call back unless somebody will actually make one — nothing here records it.
