Change your assistant’s voicePick a voice, an accent and how it speaks — and hear it before you save.Applies to: Voice plansHow to do it

Open Chat & Voice Settings › Voice Agent.

Pick a voice and press play to hear it.

Choose the speaking style. The more expressive setting sounds more natural and costs a little more per minute. The standard one is faster to respond.

Add other languages if your customers use them.

Write the greeting it opens with.

Save, then ring your own number to hear it end to end.

Australian callers respond much better to an Australian accent. It is on by default for the expressive setting.Some combinations are not allowed by the voice service — if one is refused, the message tells you which part it objected to.Where this is in your dashboard
