Line wording, Xero Items, brochures, extra lines and add-on services, set for each service.
Applies to: Accounts using AI quotes in Xero
Every service can carry its own quote details, under Quote & Booking Settings › Services. All of it is optional: leave it blank and a quote simply uses the service name and price.
Include on Xero quotes is the switch that lets your assistant put a service on a written quote. It is a different setting from the AI price calculator (flexible services), which works out a price and a length for a booking.
A Mandatory add-on always goes on quotes. On an online booking it is only added when the add-on itself can be booked and the two services can be combined in one visit, and the editor tells you when that is not the case.
Brochures come from one library for the whole account, so a spec sheet uploaded once can go with any service. Each must be a PDF of 10 MB or less.
Details saved for an option you have since removed are kept, and listed so you can remove them on purpose. Put the option back and its details come back with it.
No. Most services only need Include on Xero quotes switched on and a price. Add details where the plain service name would not be enough on a quote.
Yes, already ticked and marked included, with its price in the total, so nothing appears at checkout that they did not see.
