Three levels of access, and what each one can do.
Everyone you add gets their own login. What they can do depends on the role you give them, and you can change it later.
Owner can do everything, including billing, team management and deleting the account.
Member can run the business day to day — the assistant, bookings, customers, the knowledge base — but cannot change the plan or the team.
Viewer can read everything and change nothing. Useful for someone who needs to see the bookings and conversations without being able to alter the setup.
An account must always keep at least one Owner, so the last one cannot be removed or demoted.
Not separately. Roles control what someone can change, not which fields they see. If that matters, do not give them an account.
Under Profile you can add a passkey or an authenticator app, and see how many backup codes you have left. Backup codes are used up as you use them — if you are running low, generate a new set before you are locked out.
