How long the dashboard stays signed in on a computer nobody is using.

The dashboard shows your customers’ details, conversations and call recordings, so it signs people out after a while without activity. It is 30 minutes unless you choose otherwise, and it applies to everyone on your team.
We recommend 30 minutes. It stops someone using a computer that was left signed in, and anyone working in the dashboard is never interrupted: any click, key press or scroll counts as activity, in any tab.
Off still signs you out after 24 hours without activity, because that is when the session itself ends.
A dashboard that is already open picks up a change the next time someone uses it.
Only an account owner can change it. Everyone else can see what it is set to.
It does not affect API tokens or apps you have connected, such as an MCP client: they have their own sign-in.
The dashboard signs you out after the length your account owner chose, counted from the last time you used it in any tab. Ask them to choose a longer one under Privacy & Compliance.
