Verify your domain so confirmations and follow-ups come from you, not from us.
The emails your customers get from you — booking confirmations, reminders, changes and follow-ups — come from noreply@aissie.com.au with your business name on them, and when a customer replies it goes to your reply-to address. That works well, and it is how they arrive until you verify your domain.
Verifying proves to email providers that we are allowed to send on your behalf, so the emails can come from your own address instead. Customers recognise it, and inboxes trust it more.
Once verified, emails whose reply-to address is on that domain come from that address. Set the reply-to under Quote & Booking Settings › Email Templates.
Adding these records does not change where your own email is delivered. Leave the records you already have as they are.
We keep checking the records. If they are ever removed, your emails go back to coming from our address — they never stop — and the card shows that it needs attention.
No — nobody can add records to those domains, so they cannot be verified. Your emails keep coming from our address with your name on them, and replies still reach you.
Hover over a record that has not been found to see why. The most common causes are the domain typed twice in the name, or a proxied record on Cloudflare.
No. These records only let us send on your behalf. Your inbox and your existing email records are untouched.
Yes. Add the domain on each account. The three CNAME records are the same for every account, so once they are in place they show as found, and each account only needs its own TXT record added.
It proves the domain belongs to your account. Only someone who can change your domain’s DNS can add it, so nobody else can send emails as your domain from their account.
