Charge at booking time, with the money going straight to you.
You can ask for a deposit, the full amount, or just a card on file when someone books. You connect your own payment account, so the money goes to you directly — we never hold it.
A booking that reaches the card step is held while the customer pays and is only confirmed once they have. Nothing is sent to them until then.
Cancelling inside your notice period refunds automatically. Outside it, the fee you set is kept.
If the payment connection is missing or broken, the card step is skipped rather than blocking the booking — you get the booking without the deposit rather than losing both.
You. Your business is the merchant on the statement and the money settles into your account on your payment provider’s normal schedule.
If you took a card on file, yes — the fee you set can be charged afterwards. If the card is declined you are told.
