Customers are told there are no times available
An empty calendar almost always means one of five things.
How to do it
Check somebody performs the service. Under Resources, tick the service against at least one person. A service nobody performs has no availability at all.
Check that person has working hours. A person with no hours set is never available.
Check you have a location and its timezone is right. Working hours attach to a location. A wrong timezone shows times that look wrong rather than none, which is the tell.
If the service needs equipment, check you have some. A service that needs a chair or a machine is only bookable while one is free.
Check how long the service is against your working day. A four-hour job cannot fit into a run of two-hour openings, and the calendar shows nothing rather than explaining.
